If you receive a incorrect product(s) or quantity, we will pick up the wrong product(s) within 2-4 business days, if any, and deliver the right item(s) within 3-5 business days at no cost to you or refund your money, as per your request.
If you receive a damaged product(s), please send us an email at inciteassist@gmail.com with your order details and a picture of the damaged item(s) and we will send a replacement product within 3-5 business days (or) refund your money, as per your request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method 7-9 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Cancellation
You can cancel the product before order confirmation with no extra cost. After order confirmation, you can not cancel the product and no refund will be generated.
